The aim of the annual Caribbean Question Time forum, hosted by the Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS) UK Representative Office, is to facilitate and encourage the Caribbean community in the UK to actively engage in the political process through direct exchange with political representatives.
Caribbean Question Time 2015 is of particular importance as it presents the opportunity for frank and open discussion between the community and political representatives from the three main political parties, six weeks before the general election in May.
Since 2009, interest in Caribbean Question Time has grown steadily with large audiences from a wide cross section of the community. The issues that have been discussed and the participation from the community and political representatives, indicate that these events are increasing national awareness of the political voice of the Caribbean community in the UK.
